Accepted Insurance

Eclipse Wellness is in network with the following insurance providers:

Aetna PPO (IL & IN)
BCBS PPO (IL & IN)
Cigna (IL Only)
United Healthcare: including Optum, Oscar, & Oxford (IL & IN)

Private Pay

Eclipse Wellness offers self-pay options for those individuals who are not in network with the above insurance plans. Private Pay rates are listed below:

55 minute session: $175
45 minute session: $150
30 minute session: $125
*Intake Session: $200 (one time fee for first session)

Sliding Scale

At this time, Eclipse Wellness is unable to offer sliding scale fees for new clients.
